In the end of February, there was a cross-country(or maybe marathon) in Hwa Chong Instituition. I hate it very much because I always get a "good" result in my primary school. I was very exhausted after the run in my primary school last year. I do not like to run, or even jog. I think that it is just wasting my time, I prefer soccer very much because soccer including run, kick and catch. I can do more type of sports than running in the field.
When I read the SMB, I noticed a post by Mr. Tok( My PE teacher), he said that there were "Milo Man". I was so glad because I could dink Milo after run. The day of the run, the first 6 fastest runner were chosen to run first. As for the rest of us, we ran later because teacher said that we ran just for fun.
When the run start, many participants rushed to the end of gate 3, which is located at the end of the field. I just walked briskly(or in a way of relaxing myself), I thought that I was not going to get a good position at the end of the race. So why rushed? Just wasted my energy. Reeeeeeelaxing, that feeling was so good!! The participants ran in front of me must be had a decent stamina. But when I saw a lot of people behind me, I rushed. In front of me was a steep slope, or maybe just a gently slope. No matter how, I felt like I had no weight at all, until I reached the end of it. I was almost felt like my sight was blackout, I was too tired, it still had a long way to go.
There were some students distributed mineral water to us, but I was not thirsty at all, so I kept running. At the slope that going down to the gate 2, I rushed again, but this time, I slowed down my pace. On the passage that connected gate 2 to gate 3, there were some people who liked to run passed by me, I was very imppressive of their stamina.
Finally, I turned 90 degrees to left when I reached gate 3. I entered the track again. Yeah, I had just only about 600 meters to finish this run. I was tired that time, still, I continued my walk until the last few meters and I DASHED. Tiiiiiii! The alarm beeped. One student in charge said the duration of me to finish this run. I got 12 minutes and 8 seconds, it was not a good result.
I took my belongings and went to the "Milo Van". The queue was so long that I had to wait for about 10 minutes for a cup of Milo. When the announcer announced the final result, obviously I did not get any prizes. After that, the teachers dismissed us, I finally went back to the boarding school and rested.
Little bits of this and there. I blog about things that I find interesting in life, hopefully the feeling is mutual with you!

Cu-Curricular Activities
First, I want to ask all you readers, are you satisfied with your CCA? Do your CCA is the one you like or just being chosen by the teachers?(Please answer the question in your comment)
As for me, my CCA is Saint John Ambulance Brigade. It is not the CCA I want because I had participated in this CCA in my school and I felt very tired because I hate marching. I need to follow a lot of instructions given by my teacher. The teacher is very humourous but also very strict. I reminisced the time that one of the member of the SJAB was abscene and was seen by my teacher that he was sitting with his friend and playing handphone games in my primary school, and the teacher was very furious. I did not know whether teacher scolded him or just advised him not to do so next time. But when I saw teacher's angry face, I was very scared. Actually, not only me but the whole class.
Back to my CCA in the Hwa Chong Instituition, the first day I went to this CCA, the sergeant told us about the history of the Saint John and when it arrived to Singapore. Next, we played some games as the welcome from the sergeants and the sir. We were told to introduce ourselves but everyone spoke very soft. After that, we went to the field and put some chairs as the goal posts.(That means we played football) Our teammates, Teoh Zhi Charles, touch the ball 4 times, and give opponent penalties. Haha! We lost shamefully.
The next training, we learned to march. Because I learned to march in my primary school, so it is easy but when the sergeant said "tiam",(Actually, it is a Malay word and it is called diam and it means shut up, but the sergeant said it means don't move) we could not move at all. My face felt very itchy, I wanted to scratch but the sergeant said that we must seek permission from him to scratch.
After that, we had a "competition" to see that who can reach the longest time of non-moving. I was impressive with my friend Yi Shun, he did not move for over 15 minutes. As for me, I just bear for 8 minutes. We ran from the gate to the end of the lane after having that "competition", I thought the sergeant wanted to train our stamina. Finally, it was time to dismiss. Yeah!!! I was exhausted and finally they dismissed us.
So, do write your process of you going to the CCA training in your comment.

Journal of Seargant Jack Noonan
Intrapersonal
I have done the home learning posted in Summary Message Board. After the test, my result is I am a intrapersonalist. So, I am told to write a journal about someone in the story of "Lamb To The Slaughter"
Journal of Sergeant Jack Noonan
I got a serious case which my colleague was killed. When I received a call from Mrs Maloney, I realised that Patrick was murdered. I felt very sad that he was already passed away.
I brought along some policemen to look into the scene in the living room to find out who murdered him and how Patrick was murdered. When I reach Mrs.Maloney's house, I found that the actions and mood of Mrs. Maloney was unusually weird. I also found that there was a small patch of congealed blood. I showed it to O'Malley. Now I finally understood that Patrick Maloney was killed by a blunt and heavy weapon. But we hardly found anything related in Mrs. Maloney's house.
But, Patrick should notice the murderer when he was going to be murdered. He should scream loudly and Mrs. Maloney would notice but she did not say so. The murderer could not possible to be a hitman because the blood were not spurt out like the water. I was also curious that how could the murderer break into the house so easily.
If the murderer brought heavy metal object, he was easily be noticed and if he did not be careful, he would make the sound of the dropping metal. If the murderer did not bring weapon, how could he break the garage to steal the spanner to kill Patrick.
Something more weird happened. Mrs. Maloney invited us to have some glasses of whisky. What was the purpose of her to serve us with whisky. When we denied to drink whisky, she persuaded us to dink. Normally, people would just take away, but she did not do so. When I went inside the kitchen, I noticed that there was a leg of lamb, I thought the murderer used it as a weapon. In the oven, the leg of lamb might very hot, so the murderer could not take it, maybe the murderer had his own way to kill Patrick. But who was the murderer, it was still a mystery.
Mrs. Maloney invited us to eat the leg of the lamb. That time, I was very hungry and I did not care so much so I just ate it. It was very weird that Mrs. Maloney invited us to have the leg of the lamb and whisky because why she did not keep them herself and invited her friends but not cop. I made a careless mistake that I forgot to take the thumbprint of the leg of the lamb. I should still investigate it the next day.
